KnowledgeCloud Releases Customizable Salesforce eLearning Product

By: KnowledgeCloud
WILMINGTON, N.C. - Sept. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- KnowledgeCloud, a training strategy company specializing in cloud applications, has released a customizable set of eLearning modules for Salesforce users.

“One of the challenges with Salesforce eLearning for end users is that typically you’re either stuck with a generic training solution, which doesn’t cover your custom content, or you have to build a comprehensive custom solution from scratch, which is expensive and can take a considerable amount of time,” said Jeremy Bivins, Founder and Principal Consultant at KnowledgeCloud. “We’re proud to offer a Salesforce eLearning alternative that is interactive, measurable, and can actually grow with our customers’ applications and ultimately, their business.”

Each of the interactive, SCORM–compliant Salesforce eLearning modules features a simulation-based assessment, which measures users’ ability to perform tasks on the Salesforce application, such as creating Accounts, merging duplicate items, adding Contacts and Opportunities to accounts, properly setting up Tasks and Events, and working and converting Leads.  The modules are 15 to 20 minutes each, and Leader guides are available to accommodate blended learning solutions.

Pricing is based on the number of users plus a la carte customizations for a one time license fee per user.  Discounts are available based on the number of users.
