JACKSON, Mich. - Aug. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Camshaft Machine Company a wholly owned subsidiary of Soaring Eagle Industries, Inc. announced today its purchase of the assets of Camshaft Machine Company LLC.

Camshaft Machine Company is located in Jackson, Michigan on 10 acres with 128,000 square feet of manufacturing space.  Started in the 1940s and was a former division of Federal-Mogul.  The company is a market leader in the manufacture of internal combustion engine and fuel system camshafts for use in automobiles, trucks, heavy equipment and stationary engines.
