TransWISH successfully conduct team building training for AVNET Datamation Solution Indonesia

TransWISH Indonesia (www.TransafePersada.com) announces other experience successfully conducted team building training for its latest client AVNET Datamation Solution. The event titled “ALL FOR ONE, ONE FOR ALL". It was held on Saturday and Sunday, August 23 – 24^th 2014 at Wisma PAVO, South Sentul, West Java.

Early this week, TransWISH brings 30 (thirty) of AVNET Datamation Solution employees to attend team building event on Wisma PAVO, South Sentul West Java for 2 (two) days and 1(one) night. All participants coming from different departments including training, finance, services, engineer, GA, reception, secretary, training and IT.

All participants were gathered Saturday morning and getting picked up by chartered bus from their office at Wisma BSG, Central Jakarta. Arrived at Wisma PAVO, after fill out presence form and drink orange juice, all participants are taken by TransWISH trainer team for various fun games that lead to break their personal boundary, break their ordinary groupings thus building a solid team.

The games initiated on this program including Back to Back people, Every body stand up, Bucket Tower, MakeIt! and Soul of Allignment. These challenges was made to ensure participant join different groups and cooperate with somebody else other than friends they used to cooperate with.

At Second day, more games and challenge like Escape from Alcatraz, Shot the thing and Firewall strengthen all participants as a big group.

At the end of the whole program, Mr. Kimung from GA department named as best participant and Team “Green” named as best team.
