Indie Rocker Shayne Leighton Releases Spectra Music Group Debut Single "Invincible" Aug 12, 2014

NEW YORK - Aug. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Indie Glam Rock Superstar Shayne Leighton is about to take the music world by storm.

She has been toiling away on the production of her debut EP with the legendary Tony Bongiovi and his protégé, Rob Roy at Power Station Studios in South Florida. The EP is set to be released in early 2015 on the Spectra label, and will include songs written by Mark Vogel, who was the music director for the 90’s hit show, “Full House”. But it’s the first single that Shayne hopes will really capture listeners’ attention. “Invincible” is the debut single from the EP, and will be released worldwide on August 12th, 2014. The song is a reworking of the Pat Benatar hit from the 80’s, with a modern-day spin that the label hopes will dominate the rock and roll charts, similar to when The Ataris released their hit cover of “Boys of Summer”, which was originally performed by Don Henley.
