About the Monster Wearing Glasses

July 22, 2014 - PRLog -- The Monster gets short-sighted, but he refuses to wear glasses. “” I am the Monster, a big guy! How can a monster wearing glasses move around on the street!” Monster made his mind to never put on a pair of glasses. He believed that if he begins to wear glasses, others can no longer recognize him.

But Monster now gets really worse vision. He would knock into a tree from time to time, and he also greets people who are strangers to him. One day, he regarded a Alien Vegetable as his best friend Porcupine and insisted to invite him to his house for dinner and the consequence was Porcupine missed the last interstellar train and had to wait until the next month.

What’s worse, Monster got fired for he was a postman who cannot see house numbers clearly.

He was sorry for sending letters wrongly, but what he could do now? It is really a trouble not to wear glasses, but a monster wearing glasses sounds so ridiculous. At last, Monster decided to turn to mom for help.

Monster set out the next day in the morning when it was still dark. He tried his best but still lost his way. Anyway he finally found his mother’s house although it was in the evening.

He told his mom about the trouble and glasses. Mom said, “I will always recognize at the first sight whatever you wear!”

Encouraged by his mom, Monster finally decided to fill a prescription. And on his way to optical shop he even fell down but luckily nothing serious.

Monster got a pair of glasses with black frame which satisfied him. But he still wondered if his friends can recognize him or not. He greeted others on the street carefully and got kind replies.

Monster was so happy that all the people he knew recognized him. What’s more, now he could see everything clearly with the help of glasses.

Monster was cheerful and wanted to share this great news with his mom. On his way home he met the Alien Vegetable who was on his way to interstellar station.

"I am in a hurry now, sorry I cannot go to your house for dinner today, thank you, Monster, you are so enthusiastic." Vegetable shouted before running away from Monster.

Monster got confused and he tried to recall where he had met this little guy before, but he failed.

This time Monster found his mom's house easily, and mom gave him a big hug and said happily, “How handsome my Monster is!”

Monster was very glad that mom recognized him immediately.
