Jeremy Williams, Team Leader and Productivity Coach, Joins Keller Williams Northeast

HOUSTON - July 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Keller Williams Northeast actively looks for ways to further support and grow our agents into top producers involved in our community. The brokerage has taken the next step in that ultimate goal in hiring Jeremy Williams as both Team Leader of the Northeast office located in Kingwood, Texas, as well as the new Productivity Coach.

Mr. Williams started his real estate sales career in 2004, and spent the next 6 years building a successful real estate practice with Keller Williams Realty Northeast located in Kingwood, Texas. Making the decision to pursue a leadership opportunity with Keller Williams Realty, he accepted a leadership position with Houston KW Memorial (http://www.kwmemorial.com/) as the Assistant Team Leader, which soon expanded into the Real Estate Productivity Coach. With 28 real estate agents, at least 50% of the participants in the coaching program each month had at least one closing with several of the members have multiple closings.

Mr. Williams then took his skills to one of Keller Williams Realty's flagship offices, Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia (http://www.kwwoodlands.com/) located in The Woodlands, Texas. As the Assistant Team Leader and Relocation Director, he co-led an office with over 300 agents. During Mr. Williams’s time in The Woodlands, he personally recruited 105 agents and contributed to the efforts of growing the office from 279 agent count to 371. In June 2014, the opportunity to be a Team Leader and Real Estate Business Coach at Keller Williams Realty Northeast (http://www.clickkwne.com/) located in Kingwood, Texas became available. Having started his sales career with KW Northeast in 2004, it was a great opportunity to come "home".
