European Energy Week - Solar tour of Crete

HERSONISSOS, Greece - July 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Hotel Creta Maris Beach Resort on the occasion of the European Energy Week organized on Friday 27/06/2014 in Hersonissos, Crete a bicycle tour in order to escort the solar vehicle "SUNNYCLIST Hybrid Human Solar Vehicles" which does the tour of Crete.

The escort began from the Creta Maris Beach Resort up to the end of Hersonissos village, where the participants farewell the solar vehicle by wishing a great journey around Crete! Creta Maris Green Team returned to the resort by the coastal road of Hersonissos.
The total distance of the bicycle tour of the Green Team was about 8 km while accompanied by a police vehicle of Hersonissos.

The event was attended by the Mayor of Hersonissos Mr. Zacharias Doxastakis and was a great success as attracted a great number of participants.
