Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman LLP Hires Two New Partners

MIAMI - June 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorneys Francis X. Sexton, Jr. and James P. Gueits have joined the law firm of Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman LLP (LKLSG) as partners. Sexton handles complex commercial litigation, products liability arbitration, business torts, professional liability, real estate foreclosure, investment fraud, trademark infringement and banking disputes.  Gueits concentrates his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, business torts, real estate investment fraud, post-judgment execution and partnership disputes.

Sexton, a member of both the Florida Bar and New York Bar, was a partner at Fowler Rodriguez Counselors at Law.  He has been an arbitrator, for the past 20 years, with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), adjudicated more than 150 arbitrations.  Sexton represents clients in high-end arbitrations, in both international disputes and U. S.-based controversies. He recently prevailed in an international arbitration in which the ownership of a resort island in the Bahamas was in issue.  Sexton received his Bachelor of Arts and his juris doctor from Georgetown University.

Prior to joining LKLSG, Guiets was an associate at Fowler Rodriguez Counselors at Law in Miami. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Guiets attended the University of Miami for his Bachelors of Science, followed by St. Thomas University School of Law for his juris doctor.
