We designed and built this aluminum sheet panel roll forming machine to handle with the aluminum sheet coils with 1500mm in width and 0.6mm in thickness.The whole production line consists of manual decoiler,feeding unit, two roll forming parts, cutting unit,hydraulic system and control system. Under the PLC control system, users would operate this roll former fully automatically by simply inputting the required quantities and lengths on the touch screen and then the cold roll forming machine will start to roll forming and cutting.
