DEERFIELD, Ill. - May 12, 2014 - PRLog -- 4i, a growth and foresight analytics firm dedicated to helping clients uncover new areas of growth and execute strategies to sustain that growth long term, announced today the addition of five new staff members.

Joining 4i as senior advisor is Ed Franczek, who will address development of growth strategies within both the B2C and B2B markets. With 25 years of experience, Ed will serve as advisor on key client engagements, lending his expertise in marketing, strategy, sales and leadership. Holding six U.S. patents, Ed came to 4i from Gladson LLC, where he was responsible for several of the company's business units. Prior to Gladson, Ed held executive positions at The Nielsen Company, GOLIATH Solutions, W.W. Grainger and Kraft Foods.

Also joining 4i as an Associate will be Lanny Roytburg. Lanny will lead 4i's marketing efforts and support firm development, in addition to client project work. Prior to joining 4i, Lanny worked as Senior Analyst at A.T. Kearney, where he led several analytic work streams driving cost savings through retail buying strategies, strategic sourcing initiatives, business process optimization and supply chain optimization. Lanny also led the firm’s Marketing ACE team; a group dedicated to developing and disseminating marketing consumer insights across the global practice.

Joining 4i as a business analyst will be Ms. Kateryna Bayrak, who holds a Diploma of Specialist in Management of Foreign Economy Activities from Zaporizhzhya National University. She has three years' experience as a Database Analyst from NSBC in Kiev. Prior to NSBC, she was Logistics Manager at Vozrozhdenie, and Invoice Auditor at ControlPay in Netherlands. She excels in business analytics and demand planning based on statistical analysis and predictive modeling, market analysis and media advertising analysis.

Ms. Alla Khodzhaian will also join 4i as a business analyst. With a Master's course in International Business Law from London School of Business and Finance, Alla has gained a strong understanding of best practices in international business and research practices. She comes to 4i from her position as Research Analyst in the Department of Economics at the Ukraine Embassy in London, where she focused on macroeconomic quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Kseniia Kurin will join 4i as a programmer. Kseniia joins 4i with a strong educational background and postgraduate study in information technology from National Aviation University in Kyiv. With a strong theoretical knowledge of C/C++, Kseniia has nine scientific articles published in specialized scientific magazines, and 18 works presented at scientific and technical conferences.
