DENVER - April 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Today, Skyetek, Inc. and RFID Oil & Gas Group announced their merger.  The combined company offers next generation radio frequency identification (RFID) hardware and software solutions, with a focus on the oil and gas industry. This strategic combination aligns itself with the evolution of the RFID industry toward turnkey solutions for specific industry problems.
