Saigon to Phnom Penh in 2 days

CHAU DOC, Viet Nam - May 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Make a quick trip from Saigon to Phnom Penh via my Chau Doc Town, it is a daily trip from Ho Chi Minh City, joining with other travelers, staying in budget hostels, but upgrades are available on request.

Day 1: Saigon- Cai Be- Chau Doc (Lunch)

7:00 A.M.: Depart from tourist office to Cai Be by air-conditioned bus (about 100 km).

Take a boat trip to discover the beautiful Cai Be floating market with local people being selling, buying, exchanging goods from their boats. Going on to the local village to visit orchard, rice paper making, rice crispiest producing process, etc…..and discover the daily activities of the local people. Take a rowing boat along the narrow canal with beautiful scenery to see peaceful tranquil life of villagers, admire marvelous natural setting of Mekong region Return to Xeo May riverside restaurant for lunch and enjoy Vietnamese traditional music. Around 15:00, leaving Cai Be for Chau Doc by bus. Overnight in Chau Doc

Day 2: Chau Doc- Long Xuyen- Phnom Penh

Take a 2 hour rowing boat trip to see floating houses with cages fish breeding, a village of Cham ethic minority. Muslim, towel weaving. Take 2-hour boat trip to the Vinh Xuong border. Cross the border and land transfer from the border to Phnom Penh

Finish tour at tourist office in central Phnom Penh around 17:00

Includes: Accommodation (basing on twin sharing), meals as indicated, air conditioned bus/van/car, English speaking guide, boat trips as mentioned on itinerary.
