Andy Donovan, an accomplished cloud application sales executive with over 20 years of experience in the ERP and business intelligence/analytics space, joins Xprtly! from HP Enterprise Services. Andy has a proven track record of improving efficiency and sales while building sustainable relationships, and brings valuable experience from multinational organizations such as Oracle and HP.

Faun deHenry has focused on business process innovation for most of her career. Faun is a recognized speaker and trainer on topics including customer focused business processes, business/IT alignment, and business (process) intelligence. In prior positions, Faun has been responsible for the executive management and strategic direction of several consulting and software start-up companies, including FMT Systems of Texas, Inc., Partis Inc., ITOC Software Inc., San City Productions, Inc., and Blue Moon Communications.

Alicia Hoekstra has over 20 years of experience with information technology, including more than 16 years working with, implementing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle’s E-Business Suite of Applications in commercial and public sectors. Alicia has worked in a variety of management and delivery roles in industry and consulting, including Senior Manager with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), Vice President of Consulting for Computer Systems Authority, Director of Information Systems & Services for SpectraVision, IT Manager for Dal-Tile, and Manager with Ernst & Young. Alicia frequently speaks and writes on a number of Oracle Applications implementation and upgrade topics at local, regional, and international user group meetings and conferences in addition to working directly with clients to scope, manage, and successfully execute their IT initiatives.
