TAMPA, Fla. - April 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Project Development International, Inc. (PDI) has announced the availability of its new Construction Riskontrolsm Program. This unique Program of services provides construction project Owners with a low cost way to avoid problems on their capital improvement projects.

Construction RisKontrol is a program of professional services designed to assure on-time, within budget, and dispute-free project success. There is seemingly an endless number of sophisticated programs, procedures, systems, and theories available and propounded to improve construction productivity, efficiency, management effectiveness, and reduce the risk of project disputes and/or failure.

There is one common denominator that overwhelmingly controls how projects are managed and how risks are controlled: The human beings who build the project. The beauty of construction is that it is an astounding human endeavor. Hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of people and companies come together to manufacture a unique project. Even the same type of project, built in a different location from the last one, has its own idiosyncracies.

As much as we strive for greater automation, standardization, and controllable precision, every project is still built by human beings endowed, or limited, by their own talents. The success or failure of any program or system is keenly dependent upon how human beings utilize and manage them. Encouraging managers to perform their duties (i.e. pay timely attention to issues and events) may be the best practical way to control the risk of project problems and failure regardless of management program or system being used.

"We have thirty years of experience in both managing a variety of complex construction projects, as well as providing Expert Witness and Arbitration services to the construction industry all over the world. We’ve distilled the essence of key services that provide the most significant advantage to Owners to keep their projects on track." says James E. Lalumiere, President of Project Development International. Mr. Lalumiere is a Licensed Contractor, Planning and Scheduling Professional, and International Arbitrator.
