Arlington Heights Ford Wins 25 Consecutive President’s Awards For Customer Service
The Arlington Heights, IL dealership has earned the most consecutive President’s Awards of any dealership in the nation.
To earn the award, a dealership must be dedicated to exceeding customer satisfaction expectations consistently in all areas. Less than 10 percent of Ford and Lincoln dealerships earn the prestigious award, as top satisfaction rates according to surveys on customer sales and service must be achieved in all areas.
Owners John Guido Sr. and Tony Guido credit the success of the dealership to its team of employees. Over 20 employees at Arlington Heights Ford have been with the company more than 20 years, some of which have worked at the dealership since it opened its doors in 1984. In addition, either John Guido Sr. or Tony Guido are at the dealership at all times and are on the sales floor meeting new guests.
Arlington Heights Ford operates based on the “Golden Rule”, which is constantly a topic of discussion at daily morning staff meetings. The team of employees also discusses successes and challenges to be able to offer the best possible customer experience. The dealership has incorporated this philosophy into their mission, which is to “treat all as honored guests everyday.” This motto is posted in several locations around the dealership as a reminder to each employee.
Not only is Arlington Heights Ford dedicated to serving its customers, but the dealership is also active in the local community. Last year, Arlington Heights Ford donated automotive parts totaling over $45,000 to the Collision Repair Educational Foundation in Hoffman Estates. The dealership also partnered with Backpacks for Class, an organization that collects school supplies and distributes them to under-resourced students throughout the Northwest Suburbs.
