Electrical superstore in St Albans to undergo 'state of the art' redevelopment

ST ALBANS, U.K. - March 27, 2014 - PRLog -- The three-acre site of a popular electrical superstore in St Albans is to be redeveloped into a retail park.

The owners of the Hispek superstore have operated a successful retail and online business for the past 17 years. However, they have now agreed terms with developers to refurbish the entire site on Hatfield road, St Albans into a retail park, which will feature other major national retailers.

“We have been trading from these premises for the past 17 years but this is an exciting development for HiSpek,” says Naeem Sattar, Chief Executive, HiSpek. “And we really want to stress that, while the works take place, business will continue as usual. During the construction phase that will last around six months customers will continue to receive the same high level of service.”

HiSpek, founded in 1985, will be refurbishing its showroom into a new state of the art electrical superstore in the retail park.

“This renovation pushes us well into the future. The new showroom will provide customers with a new and modern shopping experience,” Naeem says.

“Customers will enjoy an immersive experience and be able to interact with products easily. There will be self service and electronic displays, videos and people will have more information to allow them to reach an informed decision ahead of purchase.”

Due to refurbishment, HiSpek are currently offering a huge sale and details are available in store.

The retail park will be launched before Christmas 2014.
