Chain of Responsibility Compliance Managers Course

March 4, 2014 - PRLog -- It has become very apparent following the audit of over 100 companies that an internally qualifed Chain of Responsibility manager is required within companies.

Over 50 Company Directors , 10 Customers, plus Schedulers, Loaders have been charged so far and its rapidly increasing!!!

Ideal Role

OHS and HSE Officers or Staff with existing compliance responsibility have been found to be best suited to take on the role within companies.   To equip such staff with the knowledge to undertake the role, Latus has developed the Chain of Responsibility Compliance Officer course.

Given CoR penalties are punitive including personal and business fines, plus a multitude of other imposed court penalties, a trained CoR person is a necessity.

An internally trained Chain of Responsibility manager can significantly help reduce the risk to the Company, it's Directors, Staff and Customers.
