Feb. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Chateau Architects + Builders have called Castle Hill in Sydney home for the past 44 years. The family owned and operated business was established by Company Director Malcolm McDonald, and is co-operated with sons Roderick McDonald (Architect) and Alex McDonald (Construction). Together and over the years they have hand picked the best design, construction and support team to create a team that is at the height of creating beautiful, custom homes.

Local paper The Hills Shire Times, this week published an article celebrating the recent achievements of the Chateau team. The article was entitled "Chateau's Built To Win".

The article covers Chateau's win of  a prestigious Master Builder Association award as well as three Housing Industry Awards including: Winner Custom Home $1-2 million, Custom Home in the general category, and NSW HIA Home of The Year. The awards complemented last year’s Master Builder award for Best Design and Construct Home NSW $1-2 million.

Will Chateau take home the coverted national HIA Home of the Year? That could be the next piece of newsworthy achievement for the firm, but will need to wait for the awards which will be held in May.

Active members within the local community, the Chateau team were delighted to be acknowledged by the local community that and have seen grow over the years. Chateau's architects, cost consultants and builders work collaboratively through every stage of a project's development. All homes are custom designed and master built. Visit:
