RIGA, Latvia - Feb. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Two newly released albums in which contain meditation music are "From Meditation to Silence" and "Dynamic Consciousness." These new albums are all courtesy of Gulan music and are available on ITunes, Amazon and even other music stores. The first album "From Meditation to Silence" has been described as having more of an amorphous sound to which is designed to help the listener dive directly into a meditative state. The first song on this album starts out with a few lyrical phrases causing the mediator to enter a state of calm and relaxation. Maybe even cause them to go through some contemplation due to the certain sounds in the song coming and going in and out in the beginning. Towards the end of the first track it is all developed from smooth sounds that are meant to help you forget about all the hype and media that is found in today's society and all of the problems that you are going through at the moment. The second and third songs are created to not only awaken your soul but also to raise your energy levels and stimulate your mind. The sounds you hear on the second and third tracks are also meant to re align and strengthen you chakras. Allowing you to fully be in a state of meditation and allowing you to be able to relax with no worries.
The second album "Dynamic Consciousness" is just as good as "From Meditation to Silence" but to begin listening to it, a different process is meant for it. For example, being active beforehand is the best way to go, allowing you yourself to be dynamic with a vast concentration level in your mind. Relaxation is a form of the mind and can honestly never really be achieved. This is because our mind is full of layers upon layers of thoughts which are forever moving around and creating a sense of hectic in us, which then leads to us not being able to accept or comprehend the so called reality of life. However, when one relaxes the mind then the body becomes relaxed as well, and vice versa, since our mind and body are connected with each other. The first and second tracks that are on this album are designed to help gather all of the negativity you can have and all of the chaos you feel and just get rid of it. After the first and second tracks are songs that have seem to have more of a calm and tranquil feel to them, allowing you to peacefully and easily stay in the phase of relaxation and meditation. The end of this album is purposely created to make you feel a variety of impressions, desires, and emotions in order to achieve a complete state of meditation as well.
