CC Pace Hires Dragos Dumitriu to Lead Agile Training and Consulting Group

FAIRFAX, Va. - Feb. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- CC Pace is pleased to announce the hiring of Dragos Dumitriu as Agile Practice Director. CC Pace’s Agile Practice provides training, coaching and consulting services that assist organizations with Agile transformations and progress them from the simple adoption of practices to the successful transformation of business agility.

Dumitriu brings a deep-seeded expertise in Kanban and an impressive ability to adapt strategies to maximize results and drive sustainable gains in customer satisfaction, performance, and shareholder value. His strong track record of training and coaching organizations to the successful adoption of Agile methodologies will add tremendous value to CC Pace’s current team of seasoned Agile consultants.

Dumitriu’s experience includes building, leading and/or coaching large distributed teams both onshore and offshore. He has held training and consulting roles for Siebel, Microsoft, and the Lean Kanban University in over 300 engagements worldwide. Dumitriu currently serves on the Lean Kanban University Advisory Board.
