On February 9^th The Blues Can in support of Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada and Ann & Dee’s West Coast Trail Hike 2014 will be hosting a major fund-raising event for the survivors of brain tumours, a life-threatening disease.

Every day, twenty-seven Canadians are diagnosed with a brain tumour – Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada has been reaching every person affected through support, education, information, and research.

In an effort to help these victims and raise awareness and funds for Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada, Ann Underhill and Dee Pauletig have decided to host a fund-raising event. This event will be in honor of her beloved friend and brother-in-law, Jeff Danielson, who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and lost his life on August 15, 2013.

Ann and Dee will be promoting their project, “Agony to Ecstasy - West Coast Trail Hike 2014” through various events leading up to the hike and they will be seeking corporate sponsorship to help fund the project.

“It’s A No-Brainer” will be an afternoon (12 p.m. to 6 p.m.) full of diverse musical talents, featuring Adele Leger w/ Ronnie Champagne, Du Rite Aces, Black Cherry Perry, Bluessmyth, Mark Sadlier-Brown, Driedger and Jeff Vardy, Bill Dowey, Kaley Kinjo, and Lou Rye with comedian Mr. Paul Kuster as the Master of Ceremonies. A spectacular collection of Silent Auction items will also highlight this most memorable event.
