Save Ariana-Leilani Coalition Counsel Testifies on Police Child Sex Abuse Misconduct

WASHINGTON - Jan. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- The Save Ariana-Leilani Coalition counsel, Roy Morris, will give testimony today at the Washington, DC Council meeting, Chaired by Tommy Wells. The Judiciary and Public Safety will address the DC police misconduct, including with child sexual abuse, child sex trafficking and pornography. The Save Ariana-Leilani Coalition (www.ariana-leilani.org) in its testimony seeks to protect Ariana-Leilani King-Pfeiffer and other children like her in Washington DC from sexual abuse, child pornography and child sex trafficking.

In recent news stories, DC Police Commissioner Cathy Lanier stated that several arrests of DC police officers for child prostitution and pornography were “isolated incidents.”  Yet the same type of incidents involving 10-year old Ariana-Leilani King-Pfeiffer and several Metropolitan DC police officers had been brought to her attention and to date have not been addressed.  To date, Ariana-Leilani remains in abuse, and Chief Lanier’s office has thus far failed to thoroughly investigate many police misconduct incidents.

DC Police Protection of Predators while Failure to Protect Child Sex Abuse Victims

DC Police misconduct incidences include the protection of predators, while failing to protect the child victim. Some members of DC Metropolitan Police have failed to protect child sex abuse victims, like Ariana-Leilani.   The DC police have acted to protect the abusers, helped to cover-up their abuse, and violated the rules for investigation of child sex abuse.   They have also harassed and threatened the life those who are working to stop the abuse of 10-year old Ariana-Leilani (a dual German and USA citizen) who lives in a one-bedroom apartment, and reports to share a bed with her father, Michael H Pfeiffer in the Palisades area Ward 3 of Washington, DC.

Police Officers Harass & Threaten Save Ariana-Leilani Coalition Supporter

Recently, police officers and detectives (Ward 3) have harassed and threatened the life of one coalition supporter of Ariana-Leilani.   In one incident, several DC police officers followed a supporter from Ward 3 (near where Ariana-Leilani lives) to Ward 7 (which is where child sexual abuse and child prostitution by DC police officers took place).   Up to 20 MPD officers at one time surrounded the inside and outside of a small apartment, with police teams remaining to hold the Ariana-Leilani supporter captive for 24 hours inside a one bedroom apartment of a relative’s home without provocation, a court order for search or an arrest warrant.    The next morning a detective from Ward 3 MPD went to the Ward 7 apartment to question and told the supporter that if he were found in Ward 3 again there would be great consequences.  No violation of the law was ever alleged, no search warrant issued, and the Ward 3 or Ward 7 MPD officers filed no charges. It was simple harassment and intimidation by the DC Police of a person who was trying to protect a child from being sexually abused.  Instead of going after the child sex predator, the DC police were actively protecting the sexual abuser, while actively violating the rights of and intimidate Ariana-Leilani Coalition supporter.

DC Police Threaten to Kill, Do an “Emit Till”, and Throw Body of a Coaltiion Supporter in Potomac River

In the most recent separate incident, an Ariana-Leilani Coalition supporter was innocently handing out flyers that urged others to help  “Save Ariana-Leilani” A couple of Ward 3 police officers threw the African-American SAL Supporter in back of a patrol car. Thus it was especially terrifying and racist when those officers warned that they would kill him by doing an “Emmett Till” (referring to the black civil rights figure who was tortured and killed) on this supporter and would throw his body in the Potomac because no would care. They threatened to shoot and kill him. After driving around discussing what to “do with him” because he would not stop his support of support for stopping the sexual abuse of Ariana-Leilani. The Ward 3 MPD had specifically referred to me, as this supporters counsel, in a mocking way – even though I have never met these officers.

Ariana-Leilani's Sexual Abuse known by DC Police Detective Who Said "At 18 She Can Report It."

When several mandated reporters reported that the father was believed to be abusing the child, a “Detective Darryn Robinson” of the Youth Investigations Branch (that investigates sexual abuse and child trafficking in the district) did a favor for the alleged abuser and his lawyer by giving him a “get out of jail free card” in the form of an unauthorized and unlawful hand-written note on back of his business card stating that the sexual abuse was unfounded with his cell number for people to call for verification even before the investigation took place.

In Detective Robinsons later filed formal report which we obtained through a FOIA request, Detective Robinson omitted from the report all of the incriminating interviews that did not support his prematurely letting off the alleged abuser, including an hour long video recorded interview with Roy Morris.   In the interview with Mr. Morris, Detective Robinson appeared to know abuse was occurring and suggested that somehow sexual abuse of children like Ariana-Leilani was not a big deal.  He attempted to placate concerns about Ariana-Leilani’s child sexual abuse by telling me that she would be able to sue her father for her sexual abuse after she turns 18 years old.

Morris requested a copy of tape of my taped interview through FOIA; the Youth Investigations Branch of the DC Metropolitan Police claimed that they could not locate it.   The DC  police also claimed that they did not have the tape for the interview with Ariana-Leilani.  This has all of the markings of a concerted effort by some MPD members to suppress evidence of child sexual abuse and trafficking of Ariana-Leilani and likely other children in Washington DC metro area.

Four Incidences Demand Independent Investigation on MPD and Child Sex Abuse

These four incidences that involve the continued protection of the abuser, rather than the abused Ariana-Leilani King-Pfeiffer and likely other children like her. The recent child sexual abuse arrests of DC Police Officers demonstrate that the DC Police management is incapable of investigating and protecting children who are sexually abused, and used in child pornography, and child sex trafficking. The only way to resolve the MDP support of predators and activities in child sexual abuse in DC is to have an independent special prosecutor to do a full investigation of the breath and depth of corruption and participation of those in the MPD who are systematically participating, aiding and abetting child sexual abuse in Washington DC and metro area.
