ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Jan. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Optiglow launched a new heterogeneous network that makes it easy, efficient and fast to solve wireless problems as well as becoming extremely responsive during communication. The new network, which uses a variety of licensed and unlicensed technologies working in tandem, will allow wireless service providers to deliver text, voice and broadband communications to 322 million wireless subscribers of United States.

The heterogeneous network by Optiglow offers consumers with a great way to manage their network since it comes with steadfast components such as:

Remote communications DAS Nodes, with every node having no less than one antenna for the transmission and reception of a wireless service provider’s RF signals. Owing to the specific DAS Network architecture and the settings used, DAS Nodes may comprise of equipment and other antennae devices such as signal converters and amplifiers.

A high capacity signal transport medium (typically fiber optic cable) connecting each DAS Node back to a central communications hub site.

Radio transceivers or other head-end equipment positioned at the hub site that propagates, processes and controls the communications signals transmitted and received through the DAS Nodes.
