A Cake In Time Custom Cake Shop - Best of Long Island 1st Place Winner

"It was their voting that put us in first place ahead of the other 18 bakeries entered in the contest." Ms. Sobel attributes the win to great looking cakes that also taste fresh and delicious. In 2008, Ms. Sobel walked away from her role as a Project Manager and Trainer for a computer consulting firm to make her passion for cake her full time role.
