MediPurpose Group CFO, Board Director Stephen Yi Retires

ATLANTA - Jan. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- MediPurpose(tm), a manufacturer and master distributor of medical products, today announced that Group CFO Stephen Yi retired on December 31, 2013.

Yi's retirement follows a recent celebration for his 10th year with the medical device company, which closely paralleled milestones in the company's growth.

Yi joined MediPurpose in 2003 as its vice president of sales and operations, while also opening the company's European office in England.

In 2004, Yi won a valuable National Health Service (NHS) medical device contract for MediPurpose's flagship medical product, the SurgiLance(tm) safety lancet (then known as the SurgiLance One-Step safety lancet).

In 2005, Yi became MediPurpose's group CFO, and in 2007, joined the company's board of directors.
