Roberts Communications is now Roberts Research and has relocated to Selinsgrove, PA, the home of Susquehanna University where his wife is the new Dean of SU’s Sigmund Weis School of Business. Dr. Roberts will continue to serve his Austin, TX clients while taking advantage of exciting new opportunities in the Central Susquehanna Valley, NYC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC.

Roberts Research was recently verified as a “Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business” (SDVOSB) by the Veterans Administration. “The verification process has become fairly rigorous but assures that only qualified veteran-owned businesses are eligible for special consideration. Roberts has personally designed and moderated over 4,000 focus groups and over a thousand telephone and online studies for a wide variety of industries including radio and television, ad agencies, PR agencies, retail, high tech, manufacturing, and government. He also served as an executive at CBS Radio and the RKO Radio Networks in New York and has held programming and on-air positions at several major and medium market radio stations.  Roberts earned his Ph.D. from the University of Oregon.
