Soft Xpansion Launches Perfect PDF App for Windows 8 PCs and RT Tablets in Windows Store

It can be used on devices with a touch user interface to process PDF and XPS files. The app has been designed for viewing, converting, editing and printing PDF and XPS documents across platforms and devices.
