Two seating times for dinner will take place at 7 p.m. and 7:45. The meal will highlight a wide array of gourmet dishes from traditional seafood fare to modern takes on classic recipes, such as the roasted pork loin, with roast fig and port wine sauce. The meal will culminate with The Face-Off dessert featuring a Michigan apple and dried cherry torte with Canadian maple and walnut ice cream.

The evening’s entertainment will highlight one of Michigan’s top bands, The Frontmen, in the Grand Ballroom. A live DJ will be in the Atrium Ballroom playing top hits and personal requests all night. Guests will receive a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight to toast the New Year and to keep the music, entertainment and dancing going well into the early hours of the morning.

Guests will end their night in one of Weber’s 158 deluxe rooms and suites.
