RMS Merges with Mobile Data Shredding, Inc

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Dec. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Records Management Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce the acquisition of Mobile Data Shredding, Inc. This announcement follows the official acquisition where RMS made an asset purchase of MDS on November 15, combining both companies under the single umbrella of Records Management Solutions, Inc.

Mobile Data Shredding, Inc. offered many of the same services to a wide range of areas, including Baltimore, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and more.  With this acquisition, RMS looks forward to increasing the reach of their services to more regional clients as well as expanding their existing services.  With wider capabilities of hard drive and media destruction in addition to their list of services in records management and shredding, RMS can now reach more into the region and offer their clients more.
