ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Nov. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- People often find themselves in the grind of life, doing the same activities day after day.   For the conference warriors that is not the norm because conferences offer an opportunity to develop new relationships, hear about the latest industry news, and spend time doing important first hand research. Golden Limousine International takes no exception to this opportunity, especially with affiliates all over the country.  The staff at Golden recently attended the LCT East Conference and the Chauffeur Driven Conference.

The LCT East conference was hosted at Caesar’s Palace in Atlantic City. Besides featuring the newest vehicles, products and services, LCT East coordinated with the NLA (National Limousine Association). The NLA prepared a very relevant educational program for attendees. To open the weekend, there was a first time attendee event to help attendees get as much as possible from their experience. LCT East boasts the take home value of their educational programs as well as their keynote speakers this year: Robert Wood Johnson IV of Johnson & Johnson and Michael W. McCormick of the Global Business Travel Association.

The week after the LCT East conference, located in Atlantic City as well, was the Chauffeur Driven Convention and Trade Show. While some might think that there is little to miss, that is not quite the case. Chauffer Driven’s conference featured keynote speaker Guy Kawasaki, and hands on workshops designed for small and medium/large companies were well attended by companies with a thirst for knowledge on how to improve their business.

Some of the seminars the Golden staff attended covered relevant topics like “How to Strengthen Customer Relationships,” “Arming Chauffeurs with Emergency and Accident Training,” “Adjusting to Mobile Applications” and “Preparation and Execution of Large Scale Events.”

Sean Duval, the CEO of Golden, was asked to share his experiences by being part of a panel, which was created by the Minority Limousine Operators of America, to contribute to the topic -  “Managing the RFP (Request for Proposal) Process.”

Maya Adrine, Golden’s Event Manager, shared, “I was thrilled to discover that safety is one of the top considerations that procurement offices look for when purchasing chauffeured car travel service. I thought it was mostly price and convenience driven. The safety of our clients has always been the top concern at Golden, which explains our success in maintaining long term relationships with our client’s and our continuous addition of new ones. “

Golden’s level of safety is a standard expectation of their clients, not only locally, but also throughout the world, as Golden’s selection of affiliates is a very rigorous process that ensures that no matter where their clients travel their safety is a top priority.
