Lawyer for Porn Actress in stabbing death case, “My client is not guilty.”

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Nov. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- An adult film-star charged with stabbing her live-in boyfriend to death is scheduled to go to trial January 6th, 2014. Jennifer Marchant is well known in the Buffalo, New York area for making adult internet videos under the name “Scarlett Rouge.”

Jennifer Marchant, represented by Buffalo, New York criminal defense attorney Dominic Saraceno, claims that she stabbed her boyfriend, Ralph Stone, in self-defense.“This is a classic case of self-defense,” Saraceno said. “She was chased around the apartment and attacked by Mr. Stone, who had a history of violence against women and even police officers. She was in fear for her life. She is not guilty of any crime.”

Testimony provided by Jennifer Marchant to police when they arrived at the scene also matches attorney Saraceno’s assertion that his client acted out of self-defense. According to officer Robert J. Frank, Marchant stated when they arrived at the scene, “He was coming after me. I didn’t know what else to do. I thought he was going to kill me.”
