Viewable by the attendees of the December 6 TEDxDelrayBeachWomen event held at the Delray Beach, Florida, Public Library, these speakers are involved in such diverse positions as a soup company CEO, an astronautical engineer, an environmental activist, highly successful entrepreneurs, philanthropists, technology wizards a celebrated swimmer/journalist and that is just the women! This is in addition to special live talks. The simulcasts will be from December 5 live performances in San Francisco. The theme is “Invented Here.” The independently produced event, operated under license from TED, will be held at the Delray Beach Public Library. http://www.delraylibrary.org. Adult tickets are $50, food and beverage included. Student tickets are $35, food and beverage also included Event Schedule: 3 pm: Check- 4 pm: Session 1 6 pm: Dinner and Cocktails (included in ticket price) 7 pm: Session 2 9 pm: Closing Performing live at the event will be world renowned opera singer Cynthia Makris.
