| Finding the Next Twitter EarlyEveryone dreams of getting into Microsoft, Goggle, Apple and Twitter at ten cents ($0.10) per share; and selling 3 to 5 years later at $20 plus a share. That is turning a dime into a $20 bill; without any work. Some people like to call that creating wealth out of thin air. The truth is, that it is simply wise investing; and you can do it. It is not hard, but it takes some time to research and find the early stage Tech Companies that are destine to turn a dime into $20 or more. There are over one thousand Venture Funds and many more self proclaimed Venture Capitalist. They are often way late to the party, they make money but miss out on the biggest share price move. There presence also assures the share price will be much higher than at the early stage of the Company’s development. Once the VCs arrive, they either bock the small investors from buying shares or they drive the price higher and thereby destroy the high investment returns that you desire. Therefore, you want to get in before the Venture Finds arrive. Evaluating a potential good candidate Tech Company is not difficult. The basic success criteria are to follow these steps and make sure the candidate Company: 1] Is operating in an industry that has a high probability of strong future economic growth. Some examples include: Internet and related service applications, smart and mobile phone applications, bio-tech products, and other similar technologies that are proven growth markets for the future; 2] Has a low stock share price compared to other companies operating in the industry; preferably less that a half of a dollar per share. 3] Is beyond the concept (“I have an idea”) stage of development. The Company should be ready, or nearly ready, to commence delivery (“Roll Out”) its new product or service; 4] Has a product or service with some unique features or advantages over the existing competitors. This may include unique product features, pricing, global market coverage and others advantages that set it apart from the rest; and 5] Has a CEO or senor management team that you can hold a discussion with and will address your questions and concerns. It is not required that an investor has such a discussion, but that such an offer of access is available. History has shown learning is best accomplished through example. A current good example is World Market Vendor Services Inc. As you review this example do not just read the highlights. You need to download and actually review the private offering documents. Understand what are the Company’s business plan, the product, the marketing plan, the competition, and the vision of the Company and management team. Then use this data, combined with other information to make your investment decision. To obtain these documents, visit and submit request at: http://www.worldmarketinvest.com/ End
