HaVen Gastro Lounge to Open at Bell Tower Shops

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Nov. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- FORT MYERS, Fla. (November 8, 2013) – The celebrity hotspot, famed HaVen Gastro Lounge on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach is pleased to announce plans to expand into Southwest Florida. The digital intimate HI-Fi lounge will serve fresh, organic plates, widely publicized entrees and innovative cocktails in a totally immersive environment. HaVen has leased 3,746 square feet of retail space at Bell Tower Shops, 13488 US 41 in Fort Myers, Florida. Adam Palmer, CCIM, with LandQwest Commercial negotiated this transaction for the tenant.

HaVen will be outfitted with wrap-around video walls showcasing rotating images of urban landscapes, pop icons and pastoral scenes. A thousand or so ice-cube lights will run in rows on a black ceiling and will subtly switch hues. A Siberian white-onyx bar will also change color. A DJ booth, featuring the hottest international DJ talent, and low-slung leather benches will evoke an upscale, big city lounge feel.

Executive chef, Todd Erickson, is an award winning chef with numerous accolades including this year's best dish in the famous South Beach Wine & Food Festival. HaVen Gastro Lounge was developed by HaVen Hospitality Concepts, a group dedicated to developing innovative business opportunities with cutting edge digital technology applications and the best food, drinks and culinary experience.
