StaffPro® V5 Software Released With New Automation Features

Point Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce that Version 5.0 of the StaffPro Branch Resource Management system for bank and credit union branches has been released.
 
MATTHEWS, N.C. - Nov. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- After a year of development, StaffPro version 5 is ready for release. Version 5 represents StaffPro's continuing evolution to address all aspects of branch productivity for financial institutions. The version includes a new user interface to modernize and streamline the user experience. More importantly, it includes a new online form and workflow module to automate tasks.

StaffPro "Forms" is a new feature that provides a comprehensive capability to organize, automate and schedule tasks that branches have to perform: reconcile accounts, inventory official items, problem loan updates, etc.

1. Create folders of forms, which represent a related set of tasks.

2. Each form can have any number of fields organized into one or multiple pages. Forms and fields have extensive validations and processes built in.

3. Forms can be associated with fill-in PDF documents. StaffPro can populate a PDF from entered information, or extract information from a PDF to populate an online form.

4. Forms can be independent of each other or sequenced.

5. Folders of forms can be set up to be regularly scheduled to one or multiple locations, or user groups.

6. StaffPro can monitor form submission and send notification emails when scheduled forms are late.

7. All information is automatically consolidated and available in StaffPro's database.
