Rise and Shine with Meal Masters

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Oct. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Beginning November 9, 2013, Sheila Blue and her Meal Masters team will be serving breakfast at the Zoom Zoom Catering Kitchen in Old Town Spring. A variety of specialty breakfast pot pies and muffins will be served from 7am-10am Saturday mornings. Zoom Zoom Catering Kitchen is located at 200 Noble St. Spring, TX 77377.

Meal Masters, founded by Sheila Blue, is a monthly meal planning movement designed to take your time, budget and family from stressful to successful. Meal Masters offers workshops that not only teach you how to cook on a budget; you will also be taught how to use the resources you already have in your home. The idea behind the concept is to save you time and money so that you can spend it on the things you love.

Shelia Blue has simplified more than 17 years of cooking and money saving wisdom and presents it in a format that is easy to follow. Meal Masters’ once a month cooking strategies allows you to cook one day, providing a months’ worth of meals for you and your family.

Meal Masters is an advocate of those less fortunate and donates a portion of their profits to charities that support victims of human trafficking and to military families who have lost a family member in service.
