Follow on Google News | ![]() Tuscaloosa Realtor Named to National CommitteeThe National Association of Realtors® has appointed Beth Spradley of Tuscaloosa, Alabama to its 2014 Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee.
By: Beth Spradley Capital Real Estate The NAR Resort and Second Home Committee is comprised of 38 members that are instrumental in monitoring legislative and regulatory issues and trends affecting resort and vacation markets. The Committee also promotes educational and marketing opportunities that enable Resort and Second Home Specialists to be more successful in their unique business niche. “I am pleased to represent Alabama and to serve my fellow Realtors® ,” said Spradley, who has family ties to the Tuscaloosa area that date back to the naming of land plats . “This is a wonderful opportunity to learn and share expertise on a national level.” Tuscaloosa and West Alabama provide many opportunities for second home ownership, including college football and sports game day housing, fishing and hunting land, and lake and recreational property. Spradley is a seasoned real estate professional, with 12 years’ experience, and has been awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists for marketing campaigns for residential home sales.
