WWBN Presents Clemens Rettich "Be a Keeper Not a Getter" Building a high-retention business

VANCOUVER ISLAND, British Columbia - Oct. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Westshore Women’s Business Network begins their professional development series “Tidbits of Training” on Thursday October 17th in Victoria, BC.

The first topic to be discussed in the five presentation series is customer retention.  In “Be a Keeper Not a Getter” Clemens Rettich owner of Clemens Rettich Business Consulting Ltd. and the author of Great Performances: The Small Business Script for the 21st Century will explore the value and techniques of building a high-retention business.

"Depending on the business, it can be up to 700% more profitable to retain than to acquire new customers," says business consultant and author Clemens Rettich. "The relationships you have with your existing customers are the most valuable asset you have," he continues. "Nurturing that must always be a priority over acquiring new customers."

Business owners will learn about changing customers into raving fans through three customer centered propositions along with the importance of “Managing the CX (Customer Experience) Cycle.

The focus of Clemens’s practice is on helping business owners redesign their businesses to ensure every element contributes to profitability, while designing a role for the owner that maximizes productivity and minimizes stress.

Clemens has an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University and 25 years of experience coaching, facilitating, and mentoring in business, community, and arts organizations. He has done business in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
