Becky Collier-Sewell Named VP of Customer Relations at Grenadier Homes

DALLAS - Oct. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- DALLAS, TEXAS (October 9, 2013)… Dallas homebuilder Grenadier Homes (http://www.grenadierhomes.com/) has hired Becky Collier-Sewell as vice president of customer relations. With more than 25 years in the homebuilding business, Collier-Sewell is an industry veteran who brings a wealth of experience to her position.

“Becky is kind of a jack-of-all-trades. She has a unique ability to visualize how all the moving parts of this business come together to form the ‘big picture.’ She also has experience working in a wide variety of roles within our business, which will enable her to better understand the needs and motivations of our customers, employees, vendors and other business partners. She will be a great asset for our team,” said Anthony Natale, president of Grenadier Homes.

As vice president of customer relations, Collier-Sewell will oversee Grenadier Homes’ sales, marketing and customer experience programs. She will train the sales team and collaborate with all departments to improve internal and external communication and streamline the company’s systems and processes to make them as customer-friendly as possible. She plans to utilize an impartial third party to evaluate what customers think of Grenadier Homes and its products.

“We’ll be working with Woodland O’Brien and Scott, a nationally recognized research and management consulting company that focuses exclusively on the new residential construction industry. They will survey our customers to determine areas of opportunity and areas of excellence,” stated Collier-Sewell.

An expert in her field, Collier-Sewell started her career in homebuilding at Darling Homes. She held a variety of executive positions for the company, most recently serving as vice president of customer experience. While there, she created the customer service department and discovered her calling.

“When I established the department, I found that I had an intense passion for customer service,” explained Collier-Sewell. “Every time we improve customer service, we’re helping people and we’re improving our company and the industry too.”

Collier-Sewell planned to permanently retire from homebuilding this year. Meeting Grenadier Homes co-founders Anthony Natale and John Egnatis changed her mind.
