Do You Need Prior Experience or Are You Too Old for Mixed Martial Arts Training in Keller?

Oct. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- This is a question that we get at all the time at Peak Performance MMA and the answers are No. You don’t need prior experience and you’re definitely not too old to start training. Our students vary in age all the way down to 3 years old up to 65 years old so we offer classes for basically everyone.

The strong part of our programs at Peak Performance MMA is our beginner only program to get you started off in a safe and fun environment. It’s starts off with your free introductory lesson where we go through what you going to be learning and design a custom program based on your goals. Then from there getting you started in our beginning only program so that you can learn the basic techniques, develop your physical condition and learning the proper moves so that’s as you build your base and then move up into our more advanced classes as you progress at your own pace. We will push you to be the best that you can be.

I definitely recommend that you come in for your free introductory lessons, meet our instructors, get a tour of our facility, see what we have to offer and most importantly what you think about it.
