Queens Hyundai Dealer, Millennium Hyundai, Comments on Hyundai Helping out Colorado Flood Victims

ELMONT, N.Y. - Sept. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- On September 23, 2013, Millennium Hyundai commented on an Autoevolution article by Ciprian Florea, regarding Hyundai helping Colorado flood victims replace their damaged vehicles after the devastating events that took place.

According to the Autoevolution article (http://www.autoevolution.com/news/hyundai-to-help-colorado-flood-victims-replace-damaged-vehicles-67404.html), “Hyundai has announced it will offer a disaster relief credit of $750 to purchase any new Hyundai vehicle to people whose cars were damaged during the Colorado flooding that occurred earlier this month.”

The article states that 14 counties were declared disaster areas by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The article explains that recipients of this relief must be able to prove they reside in one of the 14 disaster declared areas, and get an insurance letter showing that their vehicle has been damaged. The relief program runs until October 31.

According to Dave Zuchowski, executive vice president of national sales at Hyundai Motor America, “At this stressful time, the last thing flood victims should be concerned with is how they are going to replace their water-damaged or destroyed vehicles. Hyundai is committed to helping those in need, and by offering this support program we are making it easier for victims to get not just back behind the wheel, but back on the road to recovery."
