Cass MSc students share inaugural NMG Consulting award

Two Cass Business School MSc students are celebrating after winning the inaugural NMG Consulting prizes in actuarial science.
 
LONDON - Sept. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Hui Ling Teng and We Cho, both from Malaysia, shared the £2,000 prize after scoring the highest marks in the Actuarial Risk Management module.

The prizes, judged by Cass academics and sponsored by NMG Consulting, were open to students studying on the MSc in Actuarial Management.

Speaking at the prize-giving breakfast, NMG Consulting Partner, Hamish Worsley, said:

"It is a great privilege to be here today to award these two outstanding students with the NMG Consulting prize. Hui Ling Teng and We Cho, have demonstrated sheer excellence in actuarial risk management at one of the UK's top business schools. We wish them all the best for the future."

Dean of Cass Business School, Professor Steven Haberman, added: "We are grateful to NMG Consulting for sponsoring this new award. The prize is an excellent way to recognise and reward the achievements of some of our most talented actuarial students."
