Security Guard Gets Struck By Car At Drive Thru

According to the police report, customer Ashley Wallace was arguing with the security guard, Randall Jones, at the drive-thru.

Jones reportedly told Wallace to leave the business and move her car.   The owner told ABC 22/FOX 45 Wallace has previously been rude to the employees and was told never to come back to the drive-thru. According to the report,  after 15 minutes Wallace still didn't move her car and a line formed.

A screaming match ensued and the security guard reportedly hit her window with his fist, then Jones took out his baton and hit her car.

Both Jones and Wallace called 911 and spoke to two different dispatchers.

Jones: "I've got a female out here. She's trespassed. She parked in my drive-thru,  holding up my line."

Wallace: "He hit my car with his little night stick."

Wallace moved her car to the side of the building, where she claimed  Jones chased her and she struck him twice with her car.

Wallace: "He's chasing me. Can I hit him?"

Jones: "She just started hitting me with the car. She just struck me with the car, officer!"

Wallace: "I hit the man because he was at my car. He's on the ground.  Can I please get some help? Oh my God, he's just cracked my whole (expletive) windshield."

911 Dispatcher : "You ran him over?"

Wallace: "Ma'am, he was hitting my car with a night stick."

Police interviewed Wallace at a nearby apartment complex where she told them the security guard was attacking her and she feared for her life, which is why she left the scene.

She told police her 6-year-old daughter was in the car with her.

Both Wallace and Jones were ordered into the Montgomery County  Prosecutor's Office this week to sort out if any charges will be filed. No arrests have been made.http://www.abaprotection.com/
