Cpl Jobs sponsoring DANI Awards & Hosting skills workshop at CultureTech Festival

DUBLIN - Aug. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Cpl Jobs, Ireland’s leading recruitment agency will participate in the 2013 CultureTech (http://culturetech.co/) festival in Derry-Londonderry next month. The weeklong cultural celebration taking place between the 9^th and 15^th of September, encompasses technology, media, music and the arts. More than 150 public events will run across a range of venues throughout the city, which include technology-based workshops, art exhibitions, street entertainment, lectures, seminars and networking conferences. Many of these events will be hosted by local businesses as well as renowned multinational technology companies. 

On Friday September 13^th, Cpl Jobs (http://www.cplni.com/) will be hosting a free seminar on Recruitment for Digital Entrepreneurs at the Invest NI Popup office in Castle Street, Derry-Londonderry. The workshop will discuss the influence that social media has on sourcing the right talent and is aimed at IT Start-ups and local businesses. Attendees will gain invaluable insights from Cpl Consultants and industry experts into how best they can take full advantage of the flexible range of staffing solutions on offer. In addition, they will learn how they can leverage the power of modern social media platforms to develop their online presence and source the very best staff.

The workshop aims to address many of the challenges facing today’s entrepreneurs including how they can develop their branding and marketing strategies, identify and seize opportunities within their market and grow their businesses.

That evening at the St. Columb’s Hall, Cpl will serve as key sponsors of the 2013 DANI Awards (http://thedaniawards.co.uk/) and will present the Digital person of the year category. Now in their third year, the DANI’s are Northern Ireland’s premier digital industry awards, including such prestigious accolades as ‘Best Mobile Development Project of the Year,’ ‘Rising Start of the Year and ‘Best use of Social Media’.  Cpl CEO, Anne Heraty will be in attendance to present the award and provide a keynote address to the assembled guests.
