Founded by Alexander Straker, Computer Assistant technicians are experts in computer repair. Currently our technicians are educated to a minimum level 2 in IT, and must conduct training at level 3 or higher in an IT related subject. This ensures that we know exactly what we are doing, and can provide solid, quality advice/information, based not only on personal experience, but also based upon the industry standards.
