Level Construction, Inc. Lands Two Hotel Projects in Houston

CHICAGO - Aug. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Level Construction, one of the fastest growing and respected construction management firms in Texas, has been selected to develop two, highly-anticipated hotels in Cuero, TX.

Level was brought into Cuero, TX, within the Eagle Ford Shale area, to construct two hotels that address the town’s lodging shortage as the oil and drilling sector continues to thrive.

Both hotels, located close to one another at 3571 and 3531 North Esplanade Street, will soon fill a void in the town’s lodging sector, while aiding in the growth and revitalization of the community at the same time.

America’s Best Value Inn at 3531 N Esplanade will be a 51 room, $2.7 million hotel development and is scheduled to be completed by October 2013. Also to be finished by the end of the year, Holiday Inn Express at 3371 N Esplanade will have 77 rooms and end up costing $4.6 million to develop.

Level Construction has successfully completed a number of hotel projects in the region including Best Western Plus in Galveston, Baymont Inn & Suites in Beaumont and Quality Inn & Suites in Bryan.
