MIDLAND, Mich. - July 31, 2013 - PRLog -- Highway and Heavy Parts is pleased to announce the addition of a wide range of new diesel engine products to their existing line of parts. The addition of these products to HHP’s already extensive catalogue of diesel engine components has helped them expand their coverage of diesel engine applications and better serve the needs of the heavy highway industry. Specific details regarding these new parts are provided below.

Caterpillar Applications – Expanding their coverage of the C7 engine, HHP has added piston numbers 2627330, 2629288, and 2382698. HHP has also added new inframe overhaul kits for the 3116 and 3126 engine models, and with new thinner spacer plates (1389381) and new cylinder head hardware kits, they’ve also expanded their coverage of the 3406E, C15 and C18 models. These stud kits include new exhaust sleeves, manifold and turbo mounting hardware with new high temperature studs and lock nuts. HHP now offers new custom gasket set coverage (head replacement, overhaul, inframe) for 3406E thru C15 engine applications as well. The custom sets allow for ordering one part number and getting all needed items to replace a cylinder head.

Cummins Applications – HHP has once again expanded its coverage of the Cummins ISX/QSX model with the addition of a new cam bushing kit to their product line (4995001). They’ve also provided more coverage of the ISB 6.7L engine with the addition of piston kits(4955365), inframe kits (RGT and FTG engines) and overhaul rebuild kits (RTG and FTG engines) to their existing line of products. They now offer an expansion plug kit for B-series cylinder blocks and to round off their coverage of the Cummins market, HHP now carries a wide range of air pressure (4921493), oil pressure (4921475) and fuel pressure (4921499) sensors as well. New B-Series coverage also includes front crankshaft seals kits (3802820) and rear crankshaft seal kits (3926126).  New overbore cylinder head gaskets are for ISB engines are now also in stock (3966342, 3966343). These gaskets will cover repair applications that require adding sleeves to or boring the block.

Navistar Applications – Added to HHP’s continuously growing line of Navistar engine parts are front (1833095C93 , 1833096C94) and rear crankshaft seals (1841938C1) for the 466E and 570E models. Also available for 466E models are inframe rebuild engine kits (1879703C94, 1879705C93) and front cover gasket kits (1842663C93, 1842662C91) and oil pressure sensors (1807369C2).

Detroit Diesel Applications – HHP has continued its commitment to serving the Detroit Diesel engine market by offering new position sensors (23527338 , 23527339) for the DDEC-V model (which are required for MY2004 units) along with fuel injector kits(23537123) and rocker arm service kits (23538247 , 23532937 , 23513939) for the DD Series 60 models. These kits feature the most advanced ceramic rollers on the market today and are a great option for customers looking to add more durability to their engine.
