The 21st Century Science Enhancement Project Launches Onto Kickstarter

STOKE-ON-TRENT, U.K. - July 28, 2013 - PRLog -- The 21st Century Science Enhancement Project has officially launched onto Kickstarter, and their fundraiser is well under way. Through the fundraiser, they are hoping to raise $150,000 to allow them to provide an exciting Science presentation using a portable planetarium to schools all across the country. In order for the plan to go ahead, they need the backing of the public, in which they hope to reach their goal of raising enough funds to provide a once-in-a-lifetime Science presentation to students all across the States.

The 21st Century Science Enhancement Project will tour 40 schools to share this unique Science experience in an interactive, relevant, and enjoyable way so that each participant walks away with additional knowledge as well as an eagerness to learn more. If we reach our Kickstarter goal, then we will not have to charge these schools to participate in this project. If we exceed our goal, we will be able to provide presentations to more schools. I repeat, if we reach our Kickstarter goal, then we will not have to charge these schools to participate in this project. Three of the many presentation resources are Eyes on the Solar System, Scale of the Universe, and Uniview. We will also utilize software from The Layered Earth, a curriculum/standards based approach to Earth Science and Astronomy for K-12. We will also share a brief video by National Geographic about Climate Change to increase awareness of this important global issue.
