Babydoll - is a short, sometimes sleeveless, loose-fitting nightgown or negligee intended as nightwear for women. It sometimes has formed cups called a bralette for cleavage with an attached, loose-fitting skirt falling in length usually between the upper thigh and the belly button. The garment is often trimmed with lace, ruffles, appliques, marabou fur, bows, and ribbons, optionally with spaghetti straps. Sometimes it is made of sheer or translucent fabric like nylon or chiffon or silk.

Chemise - similar to a babydoll, which is also a short, loose-fitting, sleeveless garment. Typically, though, babydolls are more loose-fitting at the hips and are generally designed to more resemble a young ladies nightgown, although many modern styles have added various sexualizing features.

Slips - hung from the shoulders by straps that extend down to the top of the breast area. come in a variety of lengths; some extend down to the upper thigh, some to just above the knees, or just below the knees, while others go down to just above the ankle

Body - is a form-fitting garment which smooths and shapes the wearer's figure. They typically come in a variety of control levels, achieved by using different materials or thicknesses things of materials in the body areas they are designed to control

Teddy - is a  garment which covers a female's torso and crotch in the one garment. It is a similar style of garment to a one piece swimsuit or bodysuit but is typically looser and more sheer.

Corset - is a garment worn to hold and shape the torso into a desired shape for aesthetic purposes
