Guyson Announces New Role for Scottish Distributor ‘ETC’

SKIPTON, U.K. - July 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Leading industrial finishing equipment manufacturer Guyson International is pleased to announce the appointment of Kilmarnock based ‘Engineering Tools & Consumables Ltd’ (ETC), as Guyson’s new finishing equipment distributor for Scotland.

The two companies are already well known to each other, as ETC have for many years been supplying Guyson’s blast media and spares as well as servicing their smaller blast and wash equipment in Scotland. “After building such a good working relationship over a number of years now on the spares and media sales, it was a natural development for ETC to take over responsibility for the sales of our finishing equipment north of the border” said Sales and Marketing Director - Gaye Barber, on making the announcement. “This opportunity came about due to the recent retirement of our long-standing commission agent for Scotland, Allister Clarke – whom we would like to thank for his many years of excellent service in representing Guyson and we wish Allister a long and happy retirement”.

Mrs Barber went on to explain that “ETC have been appointed to sell the entire Guyson range of Formula (light industrial) and Euroblast (industrial) blast cabinets (both suction and pressure fed), Orbit (rotary basket) industrial spray washers and Guyson’s Kerry-branded ranges of KC & MKC ultrasonic cleaning baths and KS & UCR range of ultrasonic cleaning tanks. Additionally ETC will continue to sell Guyson’s machine spares and blast media and to provide service back-up for these machines throughout Scotland.
